Can I customize my board?

Yes! We are always willing to sub in or out any selections from our menu you'd like! Please feel free to email us with your full name, best contact information, and details desired for your graze. If your selection is not already listed on our menu, our team is happy to source your desired item!

Do you make grazes for Vegetarians or Vegans?

We have a vegetarian option for all grazing boards or boxes. If you’re interested in a vegan board or box, please email us and we’ll gladly accommodate your needs! 

Am I able to order a rush board?

It all depends on availability! Please email us to check for any open date or time spots. Please note, rush orders might have an additional cost associated with them.

 

What is your delivery radius?

We currently offer delivery for free within a 10 mile radius from Sanford, Fl . Any delivery/set up more than 20 miles away please email us to book! 

 

Can I pick up my board instead of having it delivered?

Of course! Pick up is free, you will be able to select a time and date during checkout. Contactless pickup is available as well.

How much notice is needed?

We need a minimum of 48 hours notice for grazing boxes and boards so we can source the most fresh ingredients for you. For grazing tables , cups or snack boxes please book your date at least 1 month in advance!

 

Where can I find your availability for delivery?

Once you add any of our products to your cart, a date and time option will be available. If the date or time you’re interested isn’t available, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

What are you doing to maintain safety during COVID-19?

TGR maintains the utmost caution. Gloves and masks are worn while creating your graze. Delivery drivers are required by TGR to wear masks when delivering products to customers. We also offer a contactless delivery. 

 

What is the cancellation policy ?

If you cancel your online order 5 days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2-4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding. Grazing tables or individuals (grazing cups, solos, snack boxes) all require a non refundable deposit of half the total. A credit towards your future order will be applied to your account if you cancel within 1 month of booked date.
